Medicare Weight Management Program
Info: Medicare provides coverage to qualified
patients for counseling sessions to help you lose
weight. Medicare beneficiaries pay nothing
(no co-insurance and no Medicare Part B
deductible) to participate in the program. Visit
your primary health care provider to see if you
qualify and for a referral to our program. For

One-to-One Individual
